C'est quoi un glacier ?

de Richard Sanderson

Walking alone in the deep of the night
She turns around, not a soul in sight
Feeling alone in a different place
She's lonely, so lonely
She wants to be happy, but not alone
Just wants to be happy, but not on her own

Dreaming of things that she wanted to see
She's sleeping alone in her own majesty
Thinking about someone that she knew
In a different world, too far away
To be happy and not alone
Just wants to be happy
She's thinking alone

Teaching all day in a different way, but you don't speak English
And sometimes when she feels alone
She thinks about the man she knew
But some many miles between them make it fade away

Wandering around on the mountains and hills
She's used to the heat, and the warmth of the ground
Feeling okay in a soulful island
She's lovely, so lovely
I think I could love her, but she's too far away
And that time between us makes it fade away

Teaching all day in a different way, but you don't speak English
And sometimes when she feels alone
She thinks about the man she knew
But some many miles between them make it fade away

Wants to be happy, but not alone
Wants to be happy
Just wants to be happy, but not on her own
Wants to be happy
